About Our Firm

Background
Wade Coye founded the Coye Law Firm in 1991 with the goal of focusing on clients in any type of case. Mr. Coye's experiences as a U.S. Army infantry veteran, insurance agent, and real estate agent make his legal knowledge diverse and comprehensive. From the beginning, he made communication between offices and staff members more efficient by taking advantage of the latest computer and Internet technology. Video conferences, for example, save attorneys and clients time and money in terms of travel.
Our legal team offers a compassionate client-based service with aggressive representation. Our attorneys have a wide variety of experiences and expertise and have successfully resolved cases against utility companies, theme parks, construction companies, and major insurance companies. We have appealed hundreds of Social Security disability, Supplemental Security Income, and disability insurance claim cases.
Working for Clients
Our attorneys and staff use a team approach for most cases we take. This approach helps us determine all areas of compensation that a client may be entitled to, as well as who to hold responsible for costs related to recovery and representation. We adopted this strategy as part of our commitment to our clients: when we accept a case, we do everything in our power to get the most for them and their families.
Disability cases are some of the most important to our firm. We know that many people take pride in being able to provide for themselves and their families by working. Unfortunately, some injuries are severe enough to disable these workers and make it impossible for them to earn a wage. Our clients update us often on how being unable to work is affecting their personal lives. Our attorneys are honored to represent people dealing with a disabling condition or injury at their final hearings.
A successful disability appeal starts well before you reach the courtroom. Early action is essential in an appeal, so contact our firm to get your benefits as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you and working with you to resolve your disability claim.
